The company’s mission is to establish and help State
& Local Governments meet their investment goals; we will help them find and manage
sound fixed income investments through transparent markets that ensure and promote
safe and sound investment policies of such enterprises.
We continue to promote creative and compliant suite
of assets to all clients; the company’s founder has worked with State &
Local Governments for two decades as their asset manager and municipal bond proceeds specialist.
We continue to demonstrate a strong drive for uncompromised
integrity while promoting our competencies on careful asset management,
portfolio solutions and yield enhancement.
We continue to protect the assets, while our past experience serves as proof; during past negative credit events, all
customer assets were always protected from principal and interest loss risks
until the future maturity date.
We are the newly formed Palm Trust Capital; we have begun
and we will continue to restore the benefits of the existing but fragmented
GIC product while removing any unnecessary credit exposure to avoid future
pitfalls.
We continue to work closely with all the
working groups to bring about more sound investment solutions that compliment
the economic value of the bond issues by the State and Local Governments and
aid them in pursuit of their investment strategies.
